Kolhapur :In a significant move to equip students with cutting-edge technological knowledge, the Mechanical Department of DY Patil College of Engineering has introduced a Six-Axis Industrial Robot within its Robotics and Automation Lab. The inauguration ceremony was graced by the esteemed presence of the institution’s President, Dr. Sanjay D. Patil.

This remarkable robot boasts a comprehensive array of tools, including electronic, magnetic, and mechanical grippers, empowering it to execute a staggering 24 distinct industrial operations.

Dr. Sanjay D. Patil, the Group Chairman, expressed his conviction that the Six-Axis Industrial Robot would prove to be an invaluable asset for students across all departments, particularly in the face of today’s highly competitive job market.
