Kolhapur : Dr. D.Y. Patil Hospital successfully hosted a gathering of children with cochlear implants in celebration of World Hearing Day on March 3.
The event highlighted the success of 14 cochlear implant surgeries performed at the hospital So far. with parents expressing their satisfaction with the free surgeries and treatments provided. Children who underwent the surgeries showcased their progress through singing, counting numbers, and interacting with their parents. Dignitaries including Dr. Rajesh Gaikwad, Dr. Supriya Deshmukh, and Dr. R.K. Sharma Were present during the event.
